Wales’ Only Croc Feeding Experience
NEVER SMILE AT A CROCODILE!
You’ll enter ‘Fort Crox’ and get up close and personal with our Caiman Crocodilian friends, where you can safely feed them their favourite foods.
Nothing will prepare you for seeing these magnificent animals up close, but you’ll be welcomed by an expert Croc Keeper who will give you a full briefing. You’ll also have the chance to learn about the species and ask any questions you like. All this before you climb aboard our feeding bridge, where the crocs propel themselves from the water to take their feed from you.
The cost of the experience is £60 for one person, or £90 for two, and includes entry to Plantasia Tropical Zoo. Please be aware that a small online booking fee will be added to your final purchase price

- If participants are under the age of 16, the price will include entry for one supervising adult. As the supervising adult may need to go behind the scenes, they should not be responsible for other children during the experience.
- Experiences are available on Sundays at 11:30am.
- Booking in advance is essential as opportunities are very limited.
- To feed safely, participants must be aged 11+, and height to chest no less than 1.1m. Participants must also be healthy with no conditions that would inhibit feeding safely. Note that the caiman crocs may be fed fish, rodents or chicks. Please ensure to let us know if you have allergies to these items, or to the disposable gloves.
