Plantasia Tropical Zoo

A visit to Plantasia Tropical Zoo is already a memorable adventure, but did you know that your General Admission ticket includes a special bonus? As part of your entry, you can enjoy the Magic Memories photo kiosk experience completely free of charge!

Our Magic Memories photo kiosks are located in the Dangerous Plant room, just opposite the giant Venus flytrap statue, and also in the Grow your Imagination room when not in use for educational workshops. These kiosks offer you the chance to capture your visit in a truly unique way. When you arrive, you’ll receive a QR code card with your admission. Simply scan this QR code at one of the kiosks, strike your best pose, and when you’re happy with your picture, click “ACCEPT” on the screen.

But what makes this experience even more exciting is the magic that happens behind the scenes. Don’t worry if there’s a lot going on in the background—the kiosks will automatically remove it and transport you into one of six fun, zoo-themed backgrounds! These backgrounds are designed to reflect the vibrant, tropical atmosphere of Plantasia, immersing you in the jungle even more.

Once you’ve taken your photos, you can easily download them directly to your mobile device for free. Just scan the same QR code with your phone, and you’ll be able to save and share your jungle-themed pictures with family and friends.

If you’re looking to take home a physical memento of your visit, you can upgrade your experience. Our additional payment kiosks in the underground zone (near the chameleon exhibit) allow you to select and print your favourite photos. These prints come with a beautiful and educational zoo photo booklet, perfect for displaying your magic memories and adding a special touch to your adventure.
